If you bought Wii Fit then I must say congratulations to you because you already made a step further on losing weight and getting fit. You have that in you mind, you have a goal to achieve that and you will do it! But lets see now what you will need to follow to reach your goal and get closer to what you dream off. Let me give you some basic tips to lose weight with Wii Fit.
1. Workout - When buying Wii FIt you will get a nice collection of mini-games which will guide you to different workouts tips from Yoga, Aerobics, Body balance and Fitness. It will give you all the activities that you need to lose weight and get your body moving, losing fat and gain muscles. So the first tip is to work, work and work! It won't be enough once a week and won't be good every day. Do it 3-4 times a week and you will do just fine if you follow your virtual trainer and other tips bellow!
2. Nutrition - I think you already know that but let me give you more info on it. Every personal trainer in GYM will tell you that just working and being active is not enough to lose weight or gain muscles.The other part is nutrition which is more than 60% of your progress, yes 60%! Be careful what you eat and how much your eat. Don't be to much aggressive on fat food or Hydrates, eat vegetables and proteins like meat. Eat 4-5 times a day small portions and you will do just fine!
3. Will - As I said in the beginning if you don't have will you won't achieve nothing in your life. You need to be prepared to suffer and to have fun at the same time which is the main thing about Wii Fit that is why we all love it! You have fun while you lose weight and I think everyone can do it because it is just unique! Have goals, not to long ones but closer ones that you can achieve every month! Have faith in yourself and have fun working out on Wii Fit!
4. Accessories and Games - There are a lot of new Wii Fit accessories and Wii Fit games that can help you out achieve your goal and give you more gaming fun. I suggest you get some fitness games like Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009 or Gold's GYM Cardio Workout which will give you more activities to work on! For Wii Fit accessories you need to get some pair of socks and a nice skin for your board, it will be much more fun!
